Do I have to use my credit card for creating a free account?

No, creating a free user account doesn’t require giving us information about your credit card.

Do you charge also for other types of users (i.e. teachers, employees, parents)?

Monthly subscription fee is based on only the number of registered students. You can have unlimited other users such as teachers, parents and employees. It isn’t only free, they actually have their own personalized portal .

Are there are set-up charges?

We don’t charge for setting up your Chalkboard account. Although we do offer customized configuration services based on your needs. You can contact our sales for learning more about it at chalkboard.com.bd

What kind of support do I get for the free edition??

All paid users get support through their assigned Customer Success Manager. Free users can access and go through the how-to videos. Free users can also contact our sales for buying dedicated customer support plans.

Is it difficult to use Chalkboard?

Not at all. Chalkboard has been designed to keep your comfort in mind. Anyone with minimum understanding of computer/smartphone can use it with ease.

Do we need to offer our employees unique instructions?

Computer literacy is needed. But you do not need to be to be an expert to operate our automated software. It will require a few hours to comprehend the entire operating system of our proprietary classroom software.
